Missing children services during emergencies
Following the floods of 2011, we collaborated with UNICEF to provide support to Government of Sindh Social Welfare department (SWD) and helped to establish 13 Child Protection Units (CPU) in flood affected areas throughout Northern and Southern Sindh.
Furthermore, we were involved in the developing of first national SOP on missing children for National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA).
We also worked in Nepal following the 2015 earthquake to provide child protection services including training and technical support to 22 local organizations working in the earthquake affected areas.
